We are a reputed construction company with extensive success operating around Pammal, Anakaputhur & Kundrathur. We are into the construction business for about 13 years now. We choose quality over quantity, which is why we have been successful and sustained in the field for many years.
- Our CREST HOMES is a Private limited company serving the construction service since the year of 2011.
- CREST HOMES Pvt Ltd are Registered to the no - U45400TN2011PTC082928 in the Registrar of Companies at Chennai.
- The Company is managed by three directors, namely Mr.C.S.Kalyanaraman Mr.P.S.Suresh Mr.K.Regunathan
- These three men have their own expertise in the construction sector with a Civil Engineering background.
- Each one of our directors possesses a rich experience of more than 30 years since 1987, they have worked in reputed construction companies Like Tarapore & co, Chaitanya Builders, Spic.Ltd; and also with several Gulf projects expertise.

A survey was conducted by M/s.MONITOR – DELOITTE an audit company on behalf of Govt of India – Ministry of Urban Housing and Poverty Alleviation for their “State of the Low-Income Housing Market”. Govt of India survey report mention as identified by GOI as one of the 27 Affordable builders in INDIA & only 2 builders from Chennai.
